Frequently asked questions
Where do I start?
Connect your HubSpot portal, then open any workflow and add an action from the AuPerate group. Each action page below documents its input fields, outputs and worked examples.
How do I pass record data into an action?
Most fields accept a HubSpot property token. Run Custom Code and Send Webhook also offer a Record properties to include multiselect, which fetches live values at execution time.
What happens when an action fails?
The action returns success false with an error message and sets the workflow execution state so the workflow continues rather than halting. Failures appear on your dashboard logs page and can trigger failure alerts.
Can I re-run a failed execution?
Yes. Open the logs page in your dashboard, find the failed execution and use the re-run button. Snippet based runs re-execute against the same record.
